Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for one of our reputed Japanese clients to lead sales activities in India. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, expanding new business, and leading the sales team to achieve business growth.
Work Experience
- Experience working for a Japanese company will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers, including Japanese companies, and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead sales activities, including customer proposals, quotations, negotiations, and contract management.
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to provide effective customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and manage sales performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development.
- Sales experience in the manufacturing industry, such as electronic components, machinery, or industrial products.
- Experience managing a sales organization.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Experience in sales strategy development or new business development will be an added advantage.
